Family Photos

So now that Sam was sitting it was time to take some new family photos. We took these a couple of month now I juts hadn't had a chance to upload them on the blog. I love how they turned out. Natalie and Sam look adorable. They are both absolutely perfect. Love my two beautiful babies.

Thanksgiving with Family

This Thanksgiving we went to Papaw's for lunch, Nana's for dinner and Tita's on Saturday. Our Thanksgiving lasted the entire weekend! :) I think i must have lost my mind because I only took pictures at Nana's. Ugh! I promise I will be more careful next time! Everyone looked so cute that day I can't believe I did that. Especially since it was Sam's first. Well better some than none.

Here is Sam cheesing it up for the camera, again!I love this one!
Getting a big hug and kiss from his big sis.
With Mami.
About ready to do the splits.
Lots of kisses for Papi.

The entertainers.

Thanksgiving at Day Care

This is Sam's first Thanksgiving dinner. It was at day care and all the parents were invited to eat with their children. Luckily they staggered Sam's and Natalie's classes so i was able to go see both of them.

Sam posing for the camera. He is such a ham. He smiles when ever he sees a camera.
Handsome boy.
He is the only baby I know that will not eat mashed potatoes!! I tried several times to feed them to him and finally made him cry! So he ate yogurt for his first Thanksgiving feast!

Sam is 9 months!!

Our little man is 9 months old. It has gone by so fast!! I love this little man more than I can say! Happy 9 months Sam!

His stats: Weight 21 lbs 2 oz (50%), Length 28 1/4 inches (50%), and head circumference 75%.

So what is he doing now:
1. not sleeping. What is up with this??? weeks go by with him not sleeping through the night. Jason and I are zombies!!
2. he has two bottom teeth and the two top teeth are coming down.
3. He is crawling. Boy he is fast!
4. Loves to talk to anyone who will listen and respond.
5. He is a picky eater. Natalie ate everything. He hardly eats anything. His favorite food: Yogurt (vanilla or banana yo-baby).
6. He gives the best hugs and sweetest kisses.
7. Loves playing the guitar.
8. Did I say he is not sleeping?!?! that one should count for two!
9. Loves to watch his big sis. I think he could do that all day long.
and
10. He has been sick enough to last a couple of years. First roseola (fever and rash), then diarrhea bug and out of day care for a week, then two bottom teeth came in, then stomach bug, vomiting for two weeks. WOW we have never done that much laundry and of course he was out of day care. The first week of vomiting was because of the bug and the second week becuase the vomiting messed up his acid reflux. Jeez! Three weeks later we are still dealing with vomiting. He now throws up any time he gets too upset. So yea, he is being rocked to sleep or we will be cleaning up a mess. It has happened several times! :( UGH! this one should count for several!! Hopefully the next time I make and update like this (12mo check up) he will be all healthy!!

Sam and his Papi playing the guitar.

Eating waffles. One of the few foods he will eat. Absolutely nothing green goes past his lips.
Crawling.

Playing with his big Sis.
He thought it was hilarious that he was able to sit in this play crib of Natalie's.
Handsome in his new hat.
His two bottom teeth!

Sam's First Halloween

For his first Halloween Sam was a pumpkin. We though it would go perfect with his rounds little cheeks and reddish hair. he looked so cute!

I wasn't able to go to the Halloween parade in the building lobby because of a meeting. I had to prepare and get someone to take pictures so I wouldn't miss it completely. Sorry little man!! I wish I could have been there!!

Miss Amanda getting Sam ready.
Sam and Macee. He just loves her.
HaHa. Being protective. No one take my Macee!

Riding the infant buggy.
Halloween Day we went to Lucia and Pat's for trick or treating so the girls could go together. Sam had a great time watching them and relaxing in his stroller.

You can see his two bottom teeth in this one.

Playing with the Creepy Doll

Cynthia and I spent our entire childhood running away from this creepy, Chucky like doll and now Sam seems to believe she is his long lost friend. Yikes!! I think he likes that she is about the same size he is. Tita, I think we need to find a cozy spot on the top of one of the closets in your house for this pretty baby (the doll, not Sam!).

Sam's First Fall

Sam has had a very busy first fall. This weekend we went to pick pumpkins twice! On Saturday we went to John Allison's farm. He work with me and every year he has a hayride and pumpkn picking at his farm. We had a great time.Natalie and Sam really enjoyed it.

Sunday we went to Huber's which was absolutely packed. WE were there just long enough to go on the hayride and get a pumpkin. We then all went and had brunch at Cracker Barrel. Sam had his first taste of biscuit!! and of course loved it!!

Papi and Natalie

The kiddos and me. At Huber's with the Peyton's and Cinny! Natalie and Izzy freezing!

Looking for the perfect pumpkin.

Sam almost fell right after this was taken!
