Halloween at Uncle Sam's
This was Sam's 2nd Halloween parade at Uncle Sam's but really his first experience with the crowds. Doing it as an infant does not count. He was not too happy about all the people and once he saw me it was over. This was his face when he realized I wasn't picking him up. 
A mini toosie roll pop was the only solution!
